The 406 LPG vehicle, with 4HP20 automatic gearbox, up to 98 1/2 model year, will be fitted with the 16 -way socket and a 2 -way diagnostic socket. The 2 -way socket allows dialogue with the following ECUs:
LPG (liquid petroleum gas)
4HP20 automatic gearbox
For the 406 vehicle, from 98 1/2 model year, 4HP20 automatic gearbox diagnostics will be via the 16 -way socket.
Pinnijärjestys:
Numbering and environment of the central socket. Matching of tracks:

4 = Earth
5 = Earth
7 = Line K: diagnostic bus ISO8
10 = Diagnostic bus ISO5
15 = Line L: diagnostic bus ISO8

Allocation of the spare terminals according to specification of the vehicle.

Se on jo aiemmin selvitetty, että mikäli moottorinohjausjärjestelmä tukee vikakoodien lukemista valoa vilkuttamalla, saadaan toiminto aikaiseksi samalla tavalla myös
30-pinnisestä liittimestä kuin vanhemmasta 2-pinnisestä liittimestä (K-line).
Myös 16-pinnisestä liittimestä K-line moottorinohjausjärjestelmää varten löytyy, mutten tiedä, toimiiko se samalla tavalla kuin vanhemmissa? Toisaalta ko. liittimestä ei näyttäisi löytyvän pinniä erillistä lediä varten kuten 30-pinnisestä liittimestä (Slow codes, #C3), joten jos toimenpide yleensäkään onnistuu, koodit pitää katsoa mittariston vikavalosta.

Tässä sanotaan, että jossakin Citroen-mallissa olisi 16-pinnisen liittimen pinnistä 9 pystytty lukemaan vikakoodit valoa vilkuttamalla?
